The studio answers messages between 09:00 and 18:00 Central Africa Time (UTC+2), Monday to Saturday. If you are writing from another timezone, expect a reply within one working day.

For an order that has already been placed, quote the order number in the first message — it is on your confirmation page and in your account. That is the fastest route to an answer.

For advice on which texture, length or lace suits what you have in mind, send a photograph of the look you want. We will tell you honestly what it takes to get there, including when the answer is that it will not work on your hair.

For international orders, tell us your country before you order if you are unsure about duty or delivery time and we will confirm both.
