Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you place an order with Miss Kanzi. The studio is in Lusaka. If a later page on this site is more specific — Delivery & Returns, Payment & Security — that page wins on that subject.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it in writing or start packing it. We can refuse or cancel an order if the piece is out of stock, if the payment does not clear, or if we cannot ship to the address you gave us. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the same way the payment came in.
Prices are in Zambian Kwacha. Other currencies on the site are estimates. The amount you are charged is the Kwacha total at checkout. Import duty and local tax on an international parcel are yours — we cannot refund a parcel refused at the border.
Hair is a hygiene product. Bundles, closures and frontals can only come back if they are unopened, with ties and bands intact, and have not been washed, cut, coloured or installed. The full returns rules, including the time limits, are on the Delivery & Returns page.
Made-to-order pieces, including The Statement wig and any custom build, are not returnable once work has started in the studio, unless the piece is faulty or is not what we described.
We describe texture, length, lace and origin as we use the stock ourselves. Colour on a screen is not a colour match. If a piece arrives and it is not what we described, write within seven days with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund.
You must be 18 or older to order, or have a parent or guardian place the order. Do not give us someone else's address or payment details without their knowledge.
Zambian law applies. If we have a dispute we cannot settle by email, the courts in Lusaka have jurisdiction. The Contact page is the right first step.
