Privacy

We collect what we need to take, pack and support an order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store a password hash — not the password itself.

Payments are processed by Lipila. Miss Kanzi never stores your card number or your mobile money PIN. Lipila tells us whether a payment succeeded, and we keep the order record that follows from that.

We use a session cookie so the bag and the checkout keep working as you move between pages. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run a tracking pixel for a third-party ad network.

We do not sell your details. We share them only with the courier who has to deliver the parcel, and with Lipila who has to take the payment. If the law requires us to hand something over, we will.

We keep order records so we can answer a question about a set you already bought, and so a return or a fault can be matched to the original payment. If you want a copy of what we hold, or you want an account closed, write to the address on the Contact page. We will answer in the same window we answer order messages.
